Just what the title says. I can't find any examples of people using it on circulated (aka non-MS) coins
It can remove dirt and debris on any coin, but it would be a waste of time doing it on a bunch of circulated coins. Although, I have tried it on pennies. If you get pennies that look like they are just starting to turn brown on the tops and flat surfaces, but he coin is still in AU or better, you can use MS 70 to make it look toned like this: Before, it just looked like an average wheat penny in XF - AU condition and had a brownish look to it. But then I put MS 70 on it, and it changed the brown colors into blue and pink toning. But if you decide to do this, the coin has to be a moderate brown. But it ONLY works on pennies that are a moderate brown, or nothing very noticeable happens.
