Sorry People, We have our house up for sell. Have work to do to get it sold. this is a 1981 P dime. I am sending photo of the Obverse side. But the reverse in the interesting side. The E PLU RIB USU NUM. The letters are all join together. I will breaK it down, E is joined to the P with a die crack the P is joined to the L and the L is joined to the U which now makes it a W. RIB is Ok but the B is connected to the branch. The USU are touching each other no spaces. N is ok but the UM are touching each other. I am not sure what you call the coin with all the die cracks or funnie looking letters. Cheryl There is other photo of the letters on the link above the first photo
Still just a worn die. The smearing and connection of the letters is a common result of the die wear. You can also see heavy flow lines from die wear around the bust on the Obv as well. It looks like some smearing is also starting around the motto on the obv as well.
