I have several of the more popular VAM's. Mostly "Hot 100" or "Top 50". I would like to find out about their value. Can someone point me to an online price guide so that I can check values. Thank you in advance, Tibor
Try VAMWORLD 2.0, they have a section in the "Discussion Form" "What's it worth" that may help you. Also, you can go to the PCGS site and look for your VAM and what people are paying. I believe PCGS list most top 100, 40 etc. Hope this helps! Note: be careful when you go to the VAMWORLD site.....so much info it's addictive
I'm not aware of any specific price guides, I use the sold price on several sites as a guide for any year and vam I'm interested in and The Top 100 Vam Keys book does have some prices.
Best bet is what was recommended a couple posts above. Go onto VamWorld forum and go to the "what's it worth" section. Create your post and most of the time you will get a detailed response as long as there is actually sales records.
Thank you for all of the information. Tried the VAM 2.0 and after a few pages just gave up. You would think that a segment of the hobby that is this popular, there would be an easy source for pricing/value information. It wouldn't have to be up to date like the Gray Sheet, but just a general guide. Especially for the Hot 100, Top 50 and the clashed dies. Oh well, end of rant!!
Did you start a new thread in the "what's it worth" section asking about the current pricing for your coin?
As mentioned, the "What's it Worth" section of VW is a good place to ask. There is an online retail price guide in the process of being deployed on the SSDC registry, but all the values aren't present yet, so it's not live yet.
