This appears to be a solid coin-silver medallion about 1.5" in diameter and a bit more than 1/16" thick. The circumference edge is finely fluted.

On one face is a large engraving of a butterfly or ornate moth, almost edge to edge at the widest spans. Just within the fluting edge rim is a ring of some kind of geometric-like ornate design or possibly a stylized rendition of some kind of letterform writing.

There are several round, perhaps "mandala" like circles, three each on each wing, with three different sizes. Between the antennae is a written engraving which I'm told is Arabic. There's another possibly single character below between two rear legs extended downwards. This looks to me like possibly a sanskrit "OM" variation. Below that are three tiny characters or symbols, one of which looks to me like an upside down heart shape.

On the other side facing there is a similar encompassing geometric patterned ring. Within this is a bas relief of a bearded, turbaned, robed man seeming to be walking with a staff in one hand. There is a bag with two handles draped on that arm. The other hand is carrying what may be either some kind of "watering can" type vessel or perhaps a cooking or tea pot. In the "sky" surrounding him (there is a section of ground firmament at the bottom) are two single stars and a thin crescent moon with a star, like Islam's.

Two inscriptions, one above the head and the other in "front" of him are also reportedly Arabic and supposedly name "Christ" and "Muhammed" as prophets. Also declaring that there is "One God". The script on the other side may refer to Zoroaster.

There is another very small character or symbol set below the ground/firmament.

I would guess some type of jewelry charm/medal not related to numismatics.

    Hi Jack,

The first pic; Between the antennae of the butterfly the word "Yasseen" = One of Muhammed's name in Qur'an. On the Right wing the word "ALLAH" = God in Islam. On the left wing "Muhammed" = God's massenger to people with islamic religeon. Below the butterfly "Below that are three tiny characters or symbols, one of which looks to me like an upside down heart shape." These are most propably Iranian.

The second pic; Above the head of the man and infront of the thin crescent moon with a star "number 2 then the word ALLAH then (...) i cant see the word in the pic"
Infront of the man's stick the word "Eesa" = Crist. There is nothing refering to "Muhammed" as a prophets or declaring that there is "One God" on the second pic.
Below the man it is written "Wahid Dinar" = One Dinar.

    Hope this helps

I think these three characters are numbers, the upside down heart shape being the number 5 in Persian script. The three numbers would then read '125'.
