2019 penny error?

I’m curious about this penny. Is this a scratch under the lettering or something else? It came out of a roll and is in great shape. Thanks for the thoughts!

Unfortunately this is just a hit. PMD, post mint damage. E PLURIBUS UNUM is incused, therefore most damage will appear on top (raised) above those letters. It’s an optical illusion. Hope this helps!

 

If it is raised, it could be a die gouge. I can't tell from the pics.
