    The emperor's new clothes (plastic suit) turned out pretty nicely.

    Sorry, not a big fancy thaler or anything. Just a relatively inexpensive little minor. I'm happy with it, though.

    I have mixed feelings about the TrueView image. That subtle luster was no doubt hard to capture.

    I'm quite happy with the grade. The European seller said it was Choice UNC and I wasn't sure.

    A really nice coin. Since you have the coin in hand, what do you
    think kept it from a higher grade? I would have thought a 65 or
    even a 66.

    I honestly can't say. I was happy with 64.

    Obviously, I'm not used to looking at very many Gem BU 320-year-old coins produced on roller dies.

    This was a $100-ish coin raw. Likely worth considerably more in the slab now, I would guess. Not that I have any short term intentions of selling it.
