    I would think that it would be more likely for someone to discover a relatively rare coin in a dealer's junk bin than it would be finding one while searching bank rolls.

    The junk box was at a European flea market.
    How many American coin collectors on vacation walked away mumbling: "WTF, how many of these souvenirs pieces did they make."
