OK this one IS a C. E. Barber design. I don't see a mintmark (it would be in the same place as the Morgan dollar). So my guess from the pics would be $10-$15 bucks

is a "New Orleans" minted Barber Half...so since its an "O" price is about 20 - 35 bucks acording to the red book.

That's the right ballpark. The coin appears to be a VG and the PCGS Price Guide - usually on the high side - has it at $20 G and $105 F.
