Lincoln die Crack?

    Closes thing i found to an error, 1985, see in the bays of the memorial where it's raised? If this is Mint Damage, what would it be termed as, i just pulled "die crack" out of my own.

    Die clash. What you are seeing is the back edge of Lincoln's shoulders.

    I was going to agree - die clash - but Lincoln does not align with this spot on the coin. So now I'm not sure.

    It looks like die clash to me as well, but who am I to tell.

    unless its a rotated die the line dosnt line up with the shoulder...

    How about now! Remember that the Obverse and Reverse are normally 180 degrees off-set from each other.
