    From what I see in the pic, it's slightly raised. Looks like some very minor feeder finger damage. Cool find but doesn't really add much to the value, especially being so light. Could also be some die polish marks, but I'm leaning towards feeder fingers

    BTW: The O took a hit and is PMD
