Hey Guys - I've gone to the end of the rope on trying to figure this one out. I see a crescent with 4 stars and Greek writing around the side. It is definitely a Roman provincial, maybe Thrace or Nicopolis, but I've exhausted my search and cannot find a similar match to the lettering or bust. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! Nikopolis ad Istrum. Obverse... Septimius Severus?

Interesting coin. The Severan dynasty appears to have favored this type.
