    Entry post. So glad to see you back. Have really missed your posts. I actually have one of these (the gold peso, 1865 date). I don't have any pictures of it, at this time. I got it in 1969 when I was stationed at Ft. Bliss. I bought it from a man that owned a hamburger stand near our apartment. He got it in change, but it appears uncirculated? I paid him $3.00 for it. Again, great to have you back!!!

    Welcome back LordM, you were missed!

    I think Ikes are underrated. Yeah they're somewhat ugly... what are you going to do. But, I LOVE getting them from banks for face. I know they're not worth much but hey, they're neat to get.
    Picked up 20 yesterday from a bank, inspiring my post.

    Entry Post. I bought 18 rolls of half dollars, hand rolled, from the bank and in the first three rolls, found 5 silver halfs. I cannot wait to open the remainders.
