2005 Bison Proof coin(s) with errors

    I just got three sets of the 2005 proof coins and two of the Bison nickels have indentations next to the word "unum" in the same spot on the Bison side of the coins. I've never heard of errors on Proof coins before. I can't imagine what they'd be worth. Any idea?

    Doesn't anyone find this unusual? A senior agent at the US Mint had never heard of it before. I talked with a senior agent at the mint and he said that he'd never heard of this kind of error before.

    I'm not back in town until Friday, but you can checkthe back of the Bison nickel at the 6 o'clock position for similar errors on your set.
