I think your 1964 LMC is an error coin. It has a buckle to it from being stuck with excessive pressure. I do not think that it is a PMD coin. It shows no signs that I can see of it being bent by some kind of device. It was pulled from circulation at a very young age. Most likely because someone noticed it was different.
Like most striking error coins there is a variety to each type. http://www.error-ref.com/impact-induced-warping/
I don't see a thin planchet or a uniface here, and I've never seen nor heard of a normal-thickness coin coming out of the press warped (not that that proves anything). I have, on the other hand, seen coins bent or distorted without any sign of "some kind of device". Heck, look at any Texas penny.
What about progressive indirect die transfer on the cent? That is what it looks like to me. The rest are clearly damaged. http://www.error-ref.com/progressive-indirect-design-transfer/
After looking at links provided I think my Indian head penny has errors. Follow this link http://www.error-ref.com/outthrust-die-fragments/
I think it shows and does have "Indirect Design Transfer". But it also has a buckle that is formed around Abe's design. In a way it is both.
