    I think your 1964 LMC is an error coin.
    It has a buckle to it from being stuck with excessive pressure.
    I do not think that it is a PMD coin.
    It shows no signs that I can see of it being bent by some kind of device.
    It was pulled from circulation at a very young age. Most likely because someone noticed it was different.

    I don't see a thin planchet or a uniface here, and I've never seen nor heard of a normal-thickness coin coming out of the press warped (not that that proves anything). I have, on the other hand, seen coins bent or distorted without any sign of "some kind of device". Heck, look at any Texas penny.

    I think it shows and does have "Indirect Design Transfer". But it also has a buckle that is formed around Abe's design. In a way it is both.
