1919 Error Nickle 2 Feather??

    I picked this up at the flea market Sunday. I noticed the innermost feather was missing so I figured it was a 2 feather error but when I checked my book it also says the designers initial is missing but this one is easy to see. Just wondered what everyone thought. Thanks for looking.
