Yes, but at least they would authenticate & slab it. ANACS will not slab coins with environmental damage.
Depends on how much maybe. I have coins with a little "green" on them that ANACS slabbed. I would call them if you are thinking about sending it in. They have an 1 800 number, it wouldn't cost you anything. Current prices for a 15 Day turnaround are $19 plus return postage and insurance. I'm awaiting the return of 5 lincolns from them right now.
