    Welcome to CT!!!

The bubbling is common and is caused from it being improperly rinsed before it was plated by the mint. It does add not value and it actually causes the coin to degrade much faster than one without the bubbles. This is most likely the cause of the holes in the coin. Some bubbles have burst over time causing the zinc below to start to deteriorate.

Now the B in Liberty. This one could be what is called a "filled B" but it is hard to know for sure with the quality of your photo. A Filled B happens when the "posts" that form the holes in the B break off the die causing the holes to be filled in. Remember anything on the coin that is raised is incuse on the die that made it and anything that is incuse on the coin is raised on the die.

No need for 2 threads on the same coin.

I replied on your other thread. All plating blisters caused by environmental exposure. No mint errors.
