Is this an RIC VII Cyzicus 69/70 ?

Hey Guys - I cannot find any Constantius II - RIC VII Cyzicus 69 or 70 to view online anywhere, but maybe because it's listed as an R5?

Anyways, so on the front I see FL IVL CONSTANTIVS NOB C

Reverse I see GLOR-IA EXERC-ITVS

Mintmark I see: SMK epsilon dot

I only have a camera phone so I tried to take the best pics I can with it, but what I was hoping was that if someone has a better view as to if this matches what I assume. Thanks for your help!

According to OCRE, 69 is laureate, draped, cuirassed, 70, laureate and cuirassed.

Your coin is laureate, draped, cuirassed
