Howdy jrking - Welcome to the Forum !! We'll be glad to help you out - but we need some more information first. The value of a coin is dependent on several things - not just the date and type of coin. For the coins you mentioned values could range from 25 cents to hundreds of dollars. Can you post a pic of the coins ? Then we can probably help you. As for the world coins you mentioned it sounds like they might be German, or at least one of them might be. Again - can you post pics ?
Welcome to the forum. "pfenning", with that "ing" ending is listed in the Standard Catalog of World Coins ("Krause") as an Imperial German denomination, dating it to the 1871-1912 period; but all the coins listed for the German Empire spell it with the "ig" ending. Also, Krause gives Armenia, Nagorno-Karabakh (an ethnic Armenian enclave within former Soviet Republic Azerbaijan) and former Soviet Republic Tajikistan as users of the "dram/drams" denomination; but: the self-proclaimed, (and internationally non-recognized Nagorno-Karabakh Republic) has no coins smaller than 25,000 drams Tajikistan's smallest is 5 drams your description doesn't fit the Armenian 3 dram, and nothing is listed as a "half" anything your coins absolutely need to be seen to be identified.
