1881 3cN Variety?

    Does this look like an RPD-003 or something else? To me it looks close but not an exact match to the image on the NGC site. It could be the difference in the angle of the photo but I'm not sure.. Looking for opinions please.

    It definitely looks close. But I think it is one of the two they aren't showing,
    Yours doesn't look far enough east.
    Cool RPD and clash combo.

    As others have said, probably just remnants of a clash peeking through the date.

    3CN obverses have more clashes than the Western Front. I think I see just about as many clashed coins as non-clashed coins.

    Repunched dates are very common on the 1881 3CN's.
