Rim error 1979 penny

Can someone tell me the official name for this error, I know it's the last step in the process of the penny, Something didn't match up in that process

You should probably post photos of the reverse and the side (rim) as well. Can you see any vertical lines on the side?

the distance between AM on my penny and the AM from what I pulled up online seem different, have I been looking at coins too long today or is it possible they are different?

 

Only look at the Specific Year you are checking.
Do not compare one year to a different year.

 

Ok, looking at Penny's for 10 hours/ not a good idea
