I was looking for the 1982 DDR-001 viewed by variety vista, when I saw this. Thoughts?

It’s MD. Flat shelflike with device reduction.

Ok, thank you. Just out of curiosity, do you personally consider single squeeze as a DD or MD?

The first experimenting with the Single squeeze method wasn't until 1985 at the Denver mint.

Single squeeze wasn't fully adopted until 96-97 at the mints.

Ok thank you! Well, I just found a coin that seems to be a class 8 Double Die, and will be making a post soon!

Yes and no. Centralized single squeeze doubling seems more like MD to me and single squeeze peripheral doubling seems more like true DD. Of course that’s just my opinion. Don’t get me wrong, I still keep all I find.
