Green Seal and Alignment

Should we assume when the green ink is added to the bill that there is an alignment tolerance?

Same answer as your other thread. Very minor, and not unusual.

 

Until I purchased a magnifier for my computer, I never realized how imperfect both horizontal and vertical alignments are on our bills. Some examples even have a tilt to them. Still looking for BEP Tolerances(?). There must be a limit that once gone beyond they would be merited as an error.
