Help needed with tiny Greek AE

    Tiny -- 13.4 mm, 2.39 g, 6 h.
    Obv: laureate? head of Apollo?? facing r.
    Rev: Flaming altar? Tripod? ...YPIA?? or YMA?? at left.

    Maybe Smyrna, Apollo/hand in caestus.

    I think that's it! I have my doubts if I'll be able to attribute it more specifically, though.

    It's definitely this one (and it's not an altar):

    Ionia, Smyrna. Civic issue. 2nd-1st century BC
    Obv: Laureate head of Apollo right
    Rev: Ethnic and magistrate's name vertically downwards to right and left of hand in caestus
