Misaligned serial numbers

    Is this common? The mates to these serial numbers are perfectly aligned.

    New Until I purchased a magnifier for my computer, I never realized how imperfect both horizontal and vertical alignments are on our bills. Some examples even have a tilt to them. Still looking for BEP Tolerances(?). There must be a limit that once gone beyond they would be merited as an error.

    The shift up or down would have to be extreme to be an error.
