I hate to generalize, but most of those online coin companies selling paper money, much like your avatar photo, are making huge profits on uninformed collectors. Do your homework. Research current sales of similar items and be patient. I believe all new collectors make mistakes and overpay the first few times, I know I did. I call it tuition.
Another recent addition from a Coin Talk member. This 1969A $20 Cleveland star note was printed in 1971 and from a short run of 640K notes. A small paper pinch just left of the district seal and a right-lower corner bump would make this an AU example.
I've always loved the design of that bill. When I get an impulse like that, I pay down my credit card. LOL
Series 1993 $1 FRNs only printed replacement notes for 5 districts with Philadelphia being the lowest, by far.
1934 $50: Is this a light green seal bill ? It's not listed on the slab, but it sure looks like it. Could not be dark green, right ? Sometimes the PCGS holders didn't have all the descriptive information that a PMG holder would.
Wow, that’s a great looking $50 @GoldFinger1969 . The view of the US Capitol is one of my favorite vignettes.
