CAUTION: THE FIRST PERSON WHO MENTIONS PMD, BE ADVISED I WILL JUMP OFF A BRIDGE. ON TOP OF YOU!! Also note the date appears TWICE on the reverse and so does COUNTRY. Backwards.
Sorry buddy.. PMD Reverse issue is incused and backwards. The cent was smashed on the front and another Cent pressed against it twice on the back. I'm nowhere near you so I hope there is a net to catch you!
Guess since I'm not the first I don't have to worry about underpasses this evening. From the pattern on the obverse, I'm guessing someone put the coin on cement or a rock, put another coin on top of it, and smacked the stack with a hammer.
At least I'm not the first but it's PMD. The backwards numbers on the reverse are screaming vise job. They are also incluse. I have to admit, it's neat but it's also damaged.
Opps. I realize it’s LIBERTY Look between the O of One and CE of CENT and you will see the upside down letters going towards the rim One of the dates intercedes it
That's "Liberty" you see, as a result of another cent being pressed into your Wheat Cent. It's damaged/altered sir.
I thought I explained it thoroughly in the post just above yours showing the reverse of that sign again. Please read what myself and others have said regarding this Cent. Thank you.
Totally PMD. I live on a mountain and there are no bridges, so hope you don't hurt yourself needlessly.
