A very controversial overrated online auction, I am in disbelief until I see it and get it graded. Ebay-$29.00
Here it is guys. It's quite bright. All of my coin cleaning experience is telling me this is going to come back with details. I'll post better pictures later.
I'm leaning towards your experience also. I see numerous areas that seem to scream details. I am so very far from being an expert, but my untrained eye is picking up hairline cleaning scratches.
My "experience" falls short of anything reliable. I think if it was cleaned, it was chemically. I'm not so familiar with cents of this vintage. It seems they all share the granular texture on the surface like a sheet of sandpaper. The bust seems free from wear but has distractions on the cheek. Up close does not seem to suggest harsh cleaning to me, although I am relatively new to this, especially early cents. Flow lines across the surface also appear free from wear but not immune to some bag marks and especially some dull spots east of Lincolns nose. That is the spot that concerns me most being what seems to be evidence of oxidation. Under magnification the texture is inconsistent with the rest of the field lacking the granular texture and luster but flow lines seem to remain undisturbed. I would humbly stand corrected if any part of my interpretation is inaccurate.
