Ummm..... unscathed ??? none missing, again amazingly but only four tubes out of 16 were not seriously cracked or completely broken, and those four still had minor cracks. Your right though, they definitely beat each other up! 20190905_131250.jpg

I think I'll try and see if I can get some smallish boxes.
    Maybe at Staples.
I could probably get some from Uline but they only sell in large quantities.

That package was improperly packed. Each tube should have been wrapped separately and wrapping should have been more in the box than it was. At least your office was honest in the delivery.

I've had bubble-wrapped plastic tubes broken in shipment, so I use a small box (6x4x4). Single rolls will generally fall under the First Class Package weight, so can be shipped pretty inexpensively, and with free tracking.

Wrap the bloody thing in a bit of bubble wrap (tightly adhered), place it in a box with paper padding and send the bloody thing off on its' way.

I have two homes. One in a city and the other in the country, down a dirt road. Anything delivered in the city is left at the door, if I'm lucky. The street is Wayne and the next street over is Watauga. Thankfully, the resident on Watauga is honest, as the postal carrier (I don't know the acceptable name for the "mailman") has delivered our packages to them and theirs to our home. When I asked about it, they told me it is sorted by "someone else." Evidently, "someone else" can't read or doesn't care.
I don't know how many of you have had problems with the Mint, but last year I ordered a coin from them. A few days later, I "tracked" the package and found that the carrier had received the shipping info, but no package. I called the Mint. They said to give it a few more days. Even after several weeks I contacted the Mint again. Still no coin. It took several letters and calls over 3 months until I got a refund. In the mean time I placed the order again and got it in a week. If you can't trust the mint, who do you trust.

Carriers make 2 mistakes on a regular basis:
    1) The correct street but wrong numbers
    2) The correct numbers but wrong street

In the second case, the carrier is getting the streets mixed up. Only by talking to them can this be corrected and it may take more than one time. You suffer from this problem. The first case is different. The carrier gets east and west or north and south mixed up. In other cases the carrier has the numbers wrong. 238 becomes 328 or 328 becomes 238.
