I like the 1928. Lustrous, no cuts across the rays, no bad punch in the nose, well struck, only light and scattered marks.
That's a very nice one. There are a bunch of C coins in 14-S for some reason so it isn't a real easy date/mint. interesting/cool die scratch on above the capitol. I've seen a lot worse looking MS66 (check out CU right now for some bad ones)
