Speaking of Ernie from Ebay I had a real tough time with this guy.....

He had a nice raw 1927 Quarter Eagle for sale that he called Choice BU. I tried for the life of me to get him to be more specific about exactly what grade he considered the coin.

It looked very nice from the pictures, but he wanted 1400 for a coin that he would not garuntee would make MS64. His definition of choice BU is anwhere from MS62 - MS64. HUGE price difference of almost 1k for that spread. From the conversations I had with him, I kinda get the feeling he is willing to let people get ripped off while shopping at his store. He would only garuntee the "authenticity" of his coin.

If you cannot gaurantee the grade how the heck can you charge those kind of prices?????

Don't think I will buy any raw coins from that guy.

I just registered with them. I'll see how their coins value next to other auction sites. Always looking for the good deal.

Thanks for finding then posting this site. :smile

This site also has an agreement on the bottom of their page which says in part:

"StampWants may change these terms and conditions from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. Your use of StampWants constitutes your consent to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are effective from December 6, 2007."

I wonder if they know that as soon as they make this statement, then change something that someone has signed or agreed to, that they invalidate the agreement?
