Ok, we all have seen the movie with the robot " need more input " This seller has a bunch of NGC Soverigns.......how much if any is the numismatic premium over melt on these? http://cgi.ebay.com/1925-Great-Brit...goryZ547QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
i am sorry i asked. If you love poker then this is what i would call a bluff you might win or lose. the coins pics are so bad you cant even tell if its unc
OK, lets assume they are UNC in NGC holders coming from Ira and Larry, IS THERE a premium? AND if so , how much??? Answer my questions Spock, don't make me send Clembo your way
clembo is on my team. buy the coin not the grader or the seller. this is from when gold was $907 so you can do the math actual melt value 214 market price 245 but try to get it for that much on ebay in other words there is a numismatic premium but being on the wrong side of the pond its very difficult to determine how much ( i try to get mine for melt) but i have seen these go for 300 or more on flea bay so if you can get a gem sovereign for under 300 you are doing pretty well
Buying slabbed sovereigns is only one step below buying MS-70 2008 cents. Save whatever premium they have for another lincoln.
My local B&M has sovereigns for just over melt. You'd do better to look through a bunch in a shop or show and pick a gem for yourself imo.
Thank you Adritirion and Brit, THATS the answer I was looking for. Spock, sit in the corner with the pointy hat on for an hour and think about it.:kewl:
tsk tsk make sure you get the proper coins and not lemons when you are buying them from your local coin shop :kewl:
you gotta be kidding me my first trip to texas want ideal i might come there in last week of august to get those then do they have the victoria young head ?
yikes i fogot to pay attention to the coins we really need to get rid of all these disagreements on CT my sovereign is gone
