Pics are attached. Any possible help would be appreciated, as I don't collect Canadian/Newfoundland Coins, and I know little about them.

100,000 produced at the Heaton Mint from sterling (.925) silver, 4.1727g. 3rd Ed. 19th Century Krause says:
    • VG-8 $5
    • F-12 $12
    • VF-20 $27.50
    • XF-40 $80
    • MS-60 $900
    • MS-63 $1,900
    • Proof $3,700
From the photos I'd say VG, with a shot at F.

I'd agree with VG as the braid is almost non-existant.

I would also agree with the VG. Current CCN trends gives a retail of $12.00 CDN.
