I'm Stumped - Can you help me ID this coin?

    At 24.5mm, this joker of a coin has me stumped. Like many coins, I really don't know where to begin to look. It almost looks like Roman Provincial - Geta / Caracalla and then, on the back, the best guess I can come up with is a big cornucopia. I don't know which way is really "up" on the reverse either, so I tried my best with the pics. Thanks for the help!

    I too initially thought it could be Caracalla but I am pretty sure I see ZANDROC on the Obverse so it is most likely Severus Alexander.
    The Reverse needs rotating about 145* Anti clockwise, it looks like a River god swimming beneath a figure seated on rocks.
