1959D cent... reverse lamination error question

    Found this today... bad shape, but still a pretty cool lamination error. One question, could the columns have been some kind of a strike through error? 1959fullrev.jpg 1959dfullobv.jpg

    Probably not due to the difference in toning. More likely that the lamination fell off or was removed. IMHO

    The coin has had a rough life but the lamination is nice. No to a strike though on the columns.
