My entire collection has grown a lot over the last two years. Two years ago I bought my first graded coin. And now I'm up to about 30. It's kind of cool too see all of my coins in one place, but for now here's my true views. Simple and accurate images of some of my favorites. Thanks for looking! This is a cropped true view of my NGC 66 PL.
Nice coins! I do not take good coin photos, so TrueViews is a great tool for me to enjoy my collection.
They are all very well represented. A few notes of things that aren't shown: The 1883 Cotton Candy Morgan is lustrous but they choose to only show color. 1879 and 1881 S Morgans have really bowl like luster on the obverse. The Buffalo is more red/orange. The Lincoln isn't as strong in color and is more lustrous.
Nice coins. Love the woody cent and the 1881-S Morgan. I only have one coin that has PCGS True View and it looks nothing like the coin in hand.
Do you know how special your 1882 S is? Red is the hardest color to find in natural toning because it can only be produced by a very thin range of patina thicknesses. Most often it shows up as a thin line in the progression on coins. Having a large red area (very even patina) over the majority of the surface is extremely rare. Don’t ever sell her cheaply. Here is a color progression chart I made.
When I bought it I was blown away. I looked around for more and found one or two but none that I liked even remotely as much as this one and didn't have half the area. I'm glad you like it, it's one of my absolute favorites!
And the cranberry red patina provides an excellent contrast for the pull away toning on the M and star. I agree that this coin should sell for a very big premium.
