Ok, as far a memorial cents go: do you need the pre 1982 copper and the newer, mostly zinc ones for the set? I know it is whatever you want it to be, but what do people usually do for this? stainless
depending on the amount of detail you want in your set, I would. It's kind of like having a 40% Kennedy Half in your type set, a legitimate compositional change was made, and therefore worth noting IMHO
