I’d say 45 as well

 

It looks quite a bit better than 45 to me but I’m a chimp and the pictures aren’t great.

 

The lights in my dungeon aren't to good.lol for pictures.thanks for info.

Before seeing others grades I said 50. I'm sticking with it, but I can see 45 also. Reverse shows lots of circ wear.

 

I think it will go 50 It looks like a uneven strike as there is weakness at both the bust and the shield that doesn't look like wear

 

I only have a few ihc sending them to a new coin friend in usa.thanks for grades.

That thing could easily be MS. Photos are too dark and glared. For accurate grade take it out of the pouch and re-photo it under more evenly-distributed lighting.
