    I should have gone in December. My credit union is not taking the mutilated coins anymore. Going to check and see if the Feds have eliminated the program.
    Seems as if the program is still going, but it's not going to be worth it to me to mail my coins in (postage). And if I find a bank who will take them, I don't have an account with them, and they are not as friendly anymore about non account customer service.

    Yeah, I was really stupid when I started. I am still bad today, but not NEARLY as bad as back then. Like does anyone remember the heat damaged silver dime I bought because I thought it was a strike through? I still only have 1 error coin which my die chipped 1941.
