Just got this from Heritage Auction.

    William IV 1831-37 House of Hannover

    Those are very trivial for a MS-62+ coin, I have seen MS-65s with lots of bagmarks. I would say its a respectable coin, given its grade and age.

    Side note/ William had 10 illegitimite children with his girlfriend/ none with his wife.;)

    Very nice coin, but I am skeptical of it getting a 63. The marks on the neck/jaw are too severe.

    Still a fantastic coin, though !
