I forgot to mention I cleaned all those war nickles in the top row of picture..

And they all come out looking the same after I clean them only that nickle came out looking that silver idk why..
But I cleaned thousands of war nickles and none ever looked remotely like this one.

Ok so we have an update..
So we found another war nickle that is completely silver just like this one and when we do the sound test by clancking them together thease 2 war nickles have much more of a silver ring screaming I have more silver in me no lie I have hundreds of war nickles so why do thease 2 nickles sound exactly like the dimes and quarters when we test them??
Were guessing cause there is more silver in them that's only possible answer really.

I'm going to post a pic of 2 cleaned nickles and 2 uncleaned and the 2 war nickles in question ok.
You can deff see the difference and if you could just hear them against other coins then you would be as stumped as we are.

The 2 coins "in question" aren't just cleaned, they are scrubbed. The two that you call cleaned still show some toning. Ring and color are not very reliable tests. You could have someone with a really good metal detector scan them, the vdi reading might tell you something. I really see nothing but well abused nickels.

You need to weigh them. Ring test and images are worthless.

    You have common war nickels.

They will definitely shine up if polished. Furthermore, like others have said, just get a six dollar scale off eBay and end this confusion. It’s going to weigh a little less than 5 g

The war nickels will always have a variety of patinas.
    They are not all silver.
    They are 35% silver.
I'm not making any of this up.
Cleaning them might make some shine more than others. That's all.
They didn't make any nickel planchets higher than 35%.

Cause I've sold them for more money cleaned....is that a good enough reason tho?

Yeah so I no more about war nickles then most ok...I no there 35% silver and 8% maganees and rest copper........did you even no they were going to make them with 50% silver??only reason they couldn't is cause they didn't work in pop candy phone machines and all........and some could have got more silver in them accidently.

    35% silver 56% copper 9% manganese.
That's not even close to correct. But you no more about war nickles then most ok.
