I had some real fun at Ares auction a couple weeks ago. I had one main Target that I snagged, considerably under budget But there were several fun snacks I had on my list. I got most without much resistance and have posted 2 of the 3 snacks already (Faustina II and the MSC with da club). Here the 3rd is: But this saweet lil third snack, bought for a bizarrely cheap 5 Euros! Was simply listed as: SELEUKIS & PIERIA. Seleukeia Pieria. Ae (1st century BC). Condition: Very Fine Weight: 1,20 gr Diameter: 10,00 mm And weighed and measured just that when it arrived. Funny thing is, some of these tiny coins have so much more detail in hand then pics. But that reverse really looks like a bow with a club across it making a cool X on the quad reverse. To me the obverese looks like a Cleopatra or an Arsinoe. Wich means it's probably Apollo So, that's that. I hate to throw in the towel, but this snack is just stuck in my teeth and I'm asking for some CT floss to help get it out and identified!
