Hey the ripoff margin is not as bad as I thought it would be. Why do I think the mintage on these is going to be huge? Probably because morons like me are going to buy at least one "just because".

There is not a mintage limit either which is good news as I know I will be able to get one after my vacation rather than fight the world in the first 3 hours to get an order in. Granted in 5 years these will be common, but as this is only the 2nd coin I have bought this year I have been looking forward to it and am glad to see the premium to include a nice presentation case.

The one ounce proof at only 25% over the spot price of gold is actually a pretty good deal.

What I don't understand is the $35 they want for a quarter obverse die with the design completely milled off. All you get there is a chunk of steel - A $35 paperweight.
