I bought a morgan and peace dollar over the summer, two summers ago. And I was just wondering how much they were worth.

The Morgan Dollar is from the year 1899, and the mint mark is S. It is circulated, but in good condition. You can very easily make out the word "Liberty" on the crown. You can also see the lines in her hair, and make out her eye. On the back you can see the eagles feathers pretty good, but some are worn in places. But I would say its in pretty good condition for being from 1899. I have seen newer coins in worse condition. I dont remember how much I paid for it, but I believe it was around $5-$10?
Here are some pics, *NOTE* these pics are the exact coin. Im just using them as a reference to the condition of the coin.

The Peace Dollar is from 1923. I can't find a mint mark, so I'm assuming its from Philidelphia. It is in exellent condition. It was marked as uncirculated, but the guy told me that it was circulated very lightly, but in very exellent condition. It is a beautiful coin. You can see the entricate detail in the stands of hair and on the feathers of the eagle. I paid $15 for it. Can anybody tell me how much each of these is worth?

The Morgan dollar you describe is probably in f-12 to VF-20 condition, and since the 1899-s was a low mintage(2.5 million), its probably $17-$23-pretty good return. The peace dollar sounds like it is in XF-40 to AU-50, and is about $10-$12. Good coins!
