1835 Belgium 2 Centimes Cud error AND Overstrike

I cherry picked this for a few bucks for the cud error on Ebay, but it's also an overstrike I couldn't see. I found another overstrike, same year/denomination, a couple days ago.

it's listed here https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces269.html it is the variety with base of T only on left, but they are wrong about the dutch 1/2 cent. dutch half cent is tiny.

 

Idk about it being an overstrike. Looks more like a die clash to me.
