    I got this coin a while ago but i haven't been able to figure it out.. , Bulgaria, Byzantine, Trebizond? anyone know

    Sideways ε above head

    Very nice! I have a soft-spot for Bulgarian coins. The reverse is upside down. I would think it is an imitative/anonymous coin, probably Raduchev & Zhekov 1.17.9:
