Yesterday and today, while getting a chance to spend my birthday money, I was able to purchase some large cents for my type album. The first is a braided hair that I purchased yesterday for $20. The second is a draped bust that I got for $16 today and the third is a classic head, poss 1811 under close scrutiny the last 1 may be visible among the beating, but it came with me just to drop in the hole and at $3 I wasn't going to turn it down I just skipped my starbucks for the weekend instead. This way is much more satisfying.

Yo - nice copper you got there. I take it the second set of pictures are the actual color of the 1851? Nice coins - gotta love old copper.

    Now hop-along Toad and attribute that 1801. :) :)

    Nice copper! :thumb:

The 1801 DBC appears to be a S-224 but the 1 in the date looks a little off and so does LIBERTY.

    Ribbit :)

Ps: After further review, everything looks right for a S-224. :thumb:

    The 1851 appears to be a N-2.

    :p @ Mark

    Ribbit :D

Ps: The Classic Head appears to be a 1810 S-284 or 285 (I think 284 but cannot be 100% sure).

Yep - I agree with Toad. I was too tired to try to attribute them last night.

I don't do many varieties yet, I assume S is for sheldon, but what is N for?

Here's an example (S-284) to use to compare yours to:
