Bust Half Nuts Auction Questions

    See this auction on E-bay:

    Is it real or fake? I seem to get stuck on the obverse being 9 which is O-109 to O-117. Then reverse G-s2 from the O-109A coin - no stem thru claw and where the leaf points to I in america. Anyway I am not commenting on the seller or his feedback, but just trying to determine if I am missing something on this coin. And what about the rims?
