    I am no expert but I would guess it is a British token.

    This coin was in a bag marked Canadian but I suspected it was U.K. ..I ended looking under all english speaking countries and cannot locate it, funny there is no writing just a date.

    Looks of british origin (Lion and Britannia)...but definately not a coin.
